This 4 Day Yoga Retreat is a unique and powerful experience to cleanse and renew. The retreat will provide the space for relaxation, new intentions to manifest or to simply just be and breathe. Whether you are a beginner or advanced Yogi/Yogini this retreat will bring your Om on.
Retreat will be lead by Aaron and Rosita, who continue working together by combining their teaching styles to bring you the best of both: Yin & Yang principles of yoga. Yin (the feminine principle) yoga penetrates deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility and aiding healing, loosening energetic blockages and increasing energy flow. Yang (the masculine principle) is the more traditional hatha based asana practice that developsmuscular strength, stamina, and flexibility.
We will be staying in a luxurious fully air conditioned holiday home which consists of 5 bedrooms (2 doubles and 3 twin beds) and has plenty of space and breathtaking country views. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature at its best.
