Yin Yiga Class
Yin yoga is a slow-paced yoga, with asanas that are held for a minimum of two minutes. This practise penetrates deep into the connective tissues –ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia network; rather than the muscles. It works mostly on the lower part of the body since these areas are rich in connective tissues.
Energetically, yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of the chi in the organs.
